Facilities Maintenance Assistant

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are currently recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant at their Hughenden Gardens Village location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and technically skilled maintenance professional to join a friendly, dedicated team within a modern retirement village environment.

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant , you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and smooth operation of the village, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general fault‑finding across building services and facilities systems. The role includes a wide range of maintenance duties including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting and decorating, health and safety inspections, and general building upkeep to ensure the village remains safe, compliant, and well maintained for residents, visitors, and staff.
