Amentum is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant II to join our team in Winston Salem, NC!
+ M-F 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3rd Shift)
+ Hours may vary based on business demand.
+ Weekend hours may be scheduled to support our 24/7 operation.
This entry level position specializes in DCR – Drain, Clean, and Refill CNC Machines to remove and recycle coolant, clean the machine of metal chips, and refill with coolant. It also involves changing machine filters and other duties assigned to keep machines running at their optimum. Technicians are responsible for providing an entry level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive and corrective maintenance on the production equipment and systems in an industrial manufacturing environment. Perform all aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance on all production related industrial systems as instructed, including, but not limited to: CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydrau...
