We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Facilities Maintenance Associate** to support daily facility operations and maintenance activities. This position works under moderate supervision and requires strong communication, organizational, and hands-on maintenance skills.
**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
+ Assist with plumbing, lighting, electrical, and kitchen equipment maintenance
+ Assemble, move, and repair office furniture systems
+ Utilize power tools and follow safety procedures at all times
+ Support building operations in accordance with Property Management guidelines
+ Complete work orders and maintain organized maintenance records
+ Work independently and collaboratively with team members as needed
