Facilities Maintenance Manager

• Manage and resolve daily work orders through Service Channel. (3rd part software company)
• Create and issue RFPs (Requests for Proposals) based on maintenance needs.
• Review, qualify, and award vendor proposals.
• Create and manage projects in SAP.
• Track approvals, purchase orders, and project closeouts.
• Audit work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Review and process monthly housekeeping and maintenance expenses while identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including capital project updates.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Manage warranty‑related issues for new construction projects.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the maintenance team.
