Job Description
1. Equipment Inspection & Preventive Maintenance
Perform routine inspections of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, water supply/drainage, and low-voltage systems.Record operating data and report abnormalities in a timely manner.Execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure safe and stable equipment operation. 2. Repair & Troubleshooting
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and diagnose issues.Perform minor repairs (e.g., lighting replacement, pipe blockage, wiring faults).Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs when necessary. 3. Safety & Compliance
Follow all equipment operation procedures and safety standards.Ensure fire protection systems remain in good working condition.Participate in handling emergency incidents (power outage, leakage, fire alarm, etc.). 4. Documentation & Records
