Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, along with basic facilities duties involving HVAC systems and other maintenance tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on various facilities systems.
+ Handle basic HVAC duties, including changing filters.
+ Repair and maintain dock doors, including levelers.
+ Perform basic electrical tasks.
+ Carry out painting, building maintenance, and carpentry tasks as needed.
+ Engage in cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
