Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a technically skilled, hands-on facilities & maintenance pro who knows how to keep a building running smoothly and residents
happy.
What you need:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or similar
- Local SA citizens
- 3–5 years’ facilities/maintenance experience within hospitality or property management space
- Strong grasp of preventative maintenance, contractor coordination & compliance
- Code 08 driver’s license 
- Must be willing to live on-site
- Excellent people skills with a strong service + guest focus
- Confident with Microsoft Office
