Looking for a Facilities Manager that will be responsible for Leadership & Operations, Equipment & Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of industrial production equipment (mechanical and electrical systems). Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Diagnose root cause of equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and tracking through CMMS or similar systems. Lead electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Support upgrades, installations, and modifications of equipment and facility systems. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety standards.
