An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to support a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties across London (Kensington and Paddington areas).
 
This is a mobile, site-focused role responsible for delivering high-quality hard and soft facilities management, ensuring statutory health and safety compliance, and maintaining excellent standards of presentation, service and occupier satisfaction.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with Management Surveyors, Property Managers, service partners and occupiers to ensure properties are safe, compliant, well maintained and professionally managed.
