The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance within their designated city, ensuring that all properties meet Ukio’s high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. This role involves managing a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring timely resolution of all maintenance issues. The Maintenance City Manager plays a critical role in maintaining tenant satisfaction, optimizing maintenance operations, and managing costs effectively.
