**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Responsible for assisting the Engineering Manager in planning, scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair personnel assigned to the department. (Maintenance Mechanics, Electrician, HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians, Painters, Etc). Performs the duties of the engineering supervisor in his/her absence
+ Assists the engineering supervisor in supervising the engineering department’s electricians, maintenance mechanics and HVAC techs.
+ Assumes the duties of the engineering supervisor in his/her absence.
+ Teaches and explains the operation and function of the Hospital systems. Air conditioning, Heating, Vacuum systems, Plumbing systems, Emergency Power system...
