Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems and Preventive Processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs for facilities, fleet, tools, and site readiness.
- Establish preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles, buildings, and power systems.
- Create standard checklists, safety logs, and audit routines.
- Integrate facilities and fleet workflows within ERPNext.
- Maintain compliance documentation required by DOLE, BFP, and LGUs.
2. Facilities and Site Operations
- Ensure that KCAT offices, warehouses, and satellite sites are clean, safe, and professionally maintained.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements including grounding, signage, escape routes, and PPE compliance.
- Prepare offices and operational workspaces for new expansion towns.
