Haka Inc. is seeking a Facilities Support, Lead. working for Pacific Command Headquarters located at the Camp Smith Army Base. The Facilities Support, Lead provides for building and facilities maintenance to ensure workspaces are safe and functional.
Duties
+ Answer Trouble calls and investigate, determine if the issue is a host responsibility
+ Monitoring room temperature twice a day (morning/evening) using the DDC system to ensure readings are in compliance with command policy
+ Email correspondence with customers and contractors
+ Escorting vendors, contractors and or government employees
+ Capable of reading a building drawing and determining where rooms and or locations that ar...
