Facilities Team lead

We are seeking to recruit a Facilities team lead to manage our general facilities team based on our pharmaceutical client site in Limerick. Role Responsibility * Leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they provide the best possible customer service. * Responsible for team of facilities technicians and the delivery of their KPI’s.

* Responsible for facilities project team and the delivery of their KPI’s. * Responsible for health and safety procedures, and compliance within the group. * Overall responsibility for work planning within the group * Conducts team briefings with your direct reports, updating on best practices and continuing expectations.
