Facilities Technician B (HVAC)

Job Description:

The Facility Technician B works under general supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics, and locally generated instructions. Responsibilities include following established work procedures; maintaining facilities, boiler systems, and production equipment; working on HVAC systems; and performing general maintenance tasks.

Essential Functions:
• HVAC maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing plant HVAC equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment such as HVAC units, dehumidifiers, boiler systems, humidifiers, etc.
• Installing new HVAC and mechanical equipment
• Performing general 6S shop upkeep, including cleaning and organizing

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant HVAC/industrial equipment maintenance experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years of...
