About the role
You're the go-to problem solver who makes the Ultimate Fitness Experience possible. Using ServiceChannel, you'll manage work orders, knock out repairs, and keep our clubs safe and functional—with plenty of high-five moments from happy teammates.
What you'll do
* Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel, meeting KPI timelines.
* Prioritize urgent repairs and proactively communicate changes or delays.
* Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.
* Handle hands-on fixes: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
* Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
