Job Description

To support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of Facilities Mechanical system within our facilities on a particular duty shift or on normal hours. He is responsible for operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all plant support equipment to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations. Monitor the efficient performance of equipment and recording data that are related to energy consumption. 
Responsible during his shift duty to maintain a continuous supply of utilities in the plant. 
Perform containment action and corrective action in the event of partial or complete system interruption to ensure no impact to manufacturing.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical system including HVAC, pumps, motors, compressors and other system when required.
Monitor and respond to any breakdowns, alarms and trouble calls.
