Job Description
The Job
- Lead and supervise Building Management and MCST teams to ensure smooth operations and zero service disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify building defects and implement cost-efficient corrective actions.
- Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring expenditure control and value for money.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract renewals.
- Review and supervise tenant fit-out, A&A, and AEI works to ensure compliance with statutory and design requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of maintenance and marketing events.
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in real estate industry.
