Job Description
The Facility Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall facilities management operations across high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining premium asset standards, ensuring smooth operation of all MEP systems, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and delivering world-class facilities services aligned with luxury property standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall facilities management operations for luxury residential towers, villas, and commercial properties.
