Job Title: Facility Manager Reports to: SoPakco Distribution, Inc.
Greeneville/Kingsport, TN Job Summary: SoPakCo Facility Managers are expected to work as a valued member of the warehouse and distribution team.
This position consists of managing the maintenance department, daily maintenance of equipment/facilities, and overseeing projects.
As a facility manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work while maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities will include business financials, facility repair/maintenance quotes, capital projects, equipment purchases, and P & L.
Job Description/Required Skills: Ability to perform maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Must be able to cross train to work at all business locations.
Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Must have good time-management skills.
