Minimum Qualifications

: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Must be physically working in the building/on-site. Ability to provide supervision and access oversight. Good interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimum direct supervision. Ability to work a flexible, changing schedule. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with building management and/or building supervision preferred.
