- Ensure the provision of high-level Data Center Service Management, Buildings and Facilities Management, and Security Management.
- Ensure full implementation of all safety, health, environment, and quality requirements in line with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Establish necessary operation and maintenance procedures to preserve the good condition of the premises, all equipment, and the data center environment.
- Promptly execute recovery processes against any system outage, service failure, or building structure problem in a timely manner.
