Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and review project management plans to achieve strategic benefit and objectives from planned projects and investments in line with specified quality and within budgets and timeline. Develop, monitor, and review the Master Project Plan, Master Construction Scheduling and Master Project Cost Plan.
Develop and review an overall strategic project plan setting out the project management approach for the planned projects with project structure, role of project participants and mechanisms to plan, implement, monitor, and review the project development in line with the project objectives.
Work with the Project Quantity Surveyor, Project Controller and Project Architect/ Designer to develop and review the Project Cost Plan and ensure projects are completed within budget with effective cost control.
