Job Description
Position Summary:
Facility Safety Specialist based at the Quincy Crush Soy Plant responsible for supporting the daily health and safety functions of the plant. This position reports directly to the Complex Safety Manager.
Position Responsibility:
" Work closely with department leadership to achieve safety action plan success. Provide constant and consistent leadership, guidance and mentoring along with training and public presentation as necessary.
" Advise the Plant Safety Manager and their facility management on the status of all Safety Action Plan actions and areas to apply focus and leadership to achieve success.
" Responsible for compliance data tracking for training, KPIs, and event entry, and reports.
" Provide administrative support to site with filing, scanning, records retention, PolicyTech, and other safety related document control.
