- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With 2-3 years relevant experience in providing execution, planning, progress and monitoring management to support Human Development & Training system
- With basic knowledge of EHS, OHS, Environment, Safety, Facility Management, Operation Control
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with each immediate superior for the necessary training of members based on Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Create the overall training plan and program based on Long term plan and Road map.
- Provide education and support other Trainers. Arrange training schedule for all members, including the discussion of the overall schedule to each immediate superior.
