Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Factory Manager to oversee operations across our two fruit processing and manufacturing facilities located in Pagoh and Ayer Hitam. The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of factory operations, including production efficiency, warehouse management, quality control, maintenance, and workforce supervision. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in food manufacturing and is capable of communicating effectively in Chinese to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
