Responsibilities Manage up to 30 staff across production, quality, safety, oversee planning, stock control, and procurement. Drive efficiency in a laser, robotic, and CAD-driven environment. Ensure compliance with labour laws and disciplinary processes. Liaise with customers and support market growth. Requirements 5+ years experience in Steel Fabrication Trade or Engineering qualification. CAD (Inventor/Solid Works) experience. Knowledge of laser cutting, welding, robotics, and jig design.
