Fall Protection Technician

Position Summary Supports client and internal site operations by inspecting, repairing and evaluating customer and 24hr owned equipment, such as harnesses, SRL (self-retractable lifelines), lanyards, cable ladders, tripods, davit arms, entry devices and other equipment associated with fall protection.

Essential Responsibilities, includes but are not limited to Inspect, repair, and/or replace equipment.  Using hand tools, and monitoring devices.

Dismantle and examine mechanical parts, replaces worn or damaged parts.

Decon equipment only with manufacturer approved solutions.

Assist in facility safety inspections, customer walk-thru’ s.

Respond to client questions promptly and professionally Working conditions include restricted movement, on-site work, lifting or carrying of heavy objects.
