The Program Coordinator will assist Regional Director and Program Director/Clinical Supervisor with the daily operations of the program. This includes business, clinical, safety and administrative needs. The Program Coordinator will oversee record management - including conduct periodic chart audit and reviews; spending and tracking of Family Support Services; interfacing with payers, families, staff and ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory standards; tracking training documentation for all staff, Human Resources and Credentialing tracking, Avatar implementation and support, Information Technology resources and support.
