Job Description

Support attorneys in family law matters including custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and restraining order matters

Draft, format, and prepare pleadings, declarations, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents

Assist with case management, calendaring, deadlines, and document organization

Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and outside parties in a professional and compassionate manner

Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting documentation

Assist with trial preparation, hearing preparation, and discovery management

Coordinate the collection and review of financial records and other case-related materials

Help keep cases moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and responsiveness
Qualifications
Prior family law paralegal experience required
