Family Medicine with Surgical OB Physician

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**As a Surgical Family Medicine Physician w/OB with CommonSpirit Mountain Region, you will receive:**

+ $298,171 guaranteed base salary (Call and incentive pay paid in addition to base salary)
+ Additional $58,000 to cover 7 labor deck shifts per month ($700 per shift)
+ $29,817 sign on bonus
+ Up to $15,000 in relocation
+ $30,000 student loan repayment
