Job Description

Seeking dedicated Family Physicians to join our Tilbury District FamilyHealth Team located in Tilbury, Ontario. The position offers the prospect to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to comprehensive primary‑care services in Chatham‑Kent, Ontario.

We work with an interdisciplinary team that includes NPs, RNs, RPNs, social workers, pharmacists, chiropodists, phlebotomists, dietitians, respiratory therapists, kinesiologists, and administrative staff. Physicians will build a roster and use the Accuro EMR system.

The team functions within Chatham‑Kent Health Alliance, a 200‑bed community hospital serving the region.
