FQHC Setting
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
Start: ASAP
LOA: 3-6 months
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5
Patient Volume: 18-20
EMR: EPIC
License: AL, IMLC
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
