We provide primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and optometry care at eight convenient locations in diverse geographic regions across Lebanon, York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties to serve our patients. We also provide social service programs for those living with HIV/AIDS and first-time mothers, as well as substance use service programs. Our goals include promoting and supporting healthy lifestyles, collaborating with others to improve access and break down the barriers of affordability, language, and culture; and advocating for our patients and the medically underserved.
