We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient clinic at Crown Point IHS. The provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse Native American population in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient/non-critical cases
* Provide appropriate treatment plans and follow-up care
* Stabilize and triage patients when necessary
* Deliver culturally sensitive and respectful care to Native American communities
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
