Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are currently working with Cross Road Health Ministries at their Interior Alaksa Medical Clinic in Delta Junction, AK. They are seeking some Primary Care Locum coverage starting in July. Primary Care NP:
• Seeking coverage starting July 6th August 28th
• Monday Friday
• Hours:
- Monday: 9a-6:30p
- Tuesday-Friday: 9a-5:30p
- 30 min lunches
• Patient Load: 10-15 per day
• No weekends
• No Call
• Outpatient Only
• Bread and Butter Primary Care
• On Site coverage: APP, MA, RN, Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy
• Must have active AK State license and DEA (or one you can transfer)
• Must have active CAQH
• Must be enrolled in AK Medicaid and be active in Medicare
