Job Title: Part time Nurse Practitioner
Location: Columbus, OH 43222
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends/holidays)

Job Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced nursing care and clinical oversight, including:
1. Patient Care & Clinical Duties
• Develop and implement patient care plans within scope of licensure.
• Monitor and manage chronic illnesses; perform routine physical exams and assess acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and provide treatments as appropriate.
• Complete discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Perform minor procedures as allowed by training and competency.
