Competitive salary: $125,000$145,000, based on experience

MondayFriday, 8am5pm
Flexible, rotating on-call schedule
Average 1215 patients per day
EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Focus on continuity, preventive care, and chronic condition management
Multidisciplinary, team-based care for primarily Medicare-aged patients
Certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, gerontology, or family practice
2 years previous experience
DEA and CDS licensure (if required)
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Proficient with EMR systems, preferably eCW
Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-1...
