Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Farm Assistant Manager to support daily operations on a hydroponic farm. This role is ideal for a practical, physically fit individual with strong leadership ability and a passion for agriculture.
Requirements
- Diploma in Agriculture (preferred)
- Matric with good basic maths skills (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Ability to supervise staff and lead by example
- Physically fit and able to work in hot conditions
- Practical, proactive, and solutions‑driven
- Willing to participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, including weekend irrigation duties
