Farm Coordinator (Lipa, Batangas) (Must have 2 YRS EXP)

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture

- Aged 26-30, with more than 2 years of vegetable farming experience, is preferred  

- Has effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members

- Has good communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office

- Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management  

- Having a Driver;s license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally

- Having a passion for social media content creation  is a plus

- Amenable to work in Lipa Batangas

- Willing to work for a Leading Seeds Company in Japan's Industry
