Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing commercial crop farming (100 ha+)*
- Strong in administration of farming and finance system.
- Experience in land preparation, mechanised farming, and workforce coordination
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the ground
- Good planning, record-keeping, and cost awareness
- Good at working and collaborating in a team
- Works well with contractors, service providers, local labour, and technical advisors
- *Cassava experience is an advantage but not essential – strong row-crop or field-crop experience will be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Plan and manage the farm expansion from land clearing through to planting and crop establishment
