What you will do
As financial assistance scheme intake and triage officer, you will help victims of crime access financial assistance through a fair and supportive process.
You will review applications, gather information and help ensure people receive timely support.
You will:
* review applications and identify required evidence
* communicate with victims and support people in a sensitive and trauma-informed way
