Job Description
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Taking guests’ orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with guests
- Collect and process payments from guest
- Responsible for the service and bar operation of the outlet
- Guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the outlet, in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
- Consistent follow up in the implementation of the policies and procedures in operating the outlet
- Checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for service and bar
- Maintaining the hygiene standards in the outlet assigned
- Maintaining a clean and wholesome ambience in the outlets, controlling room temperature, ventilation and lighting effects
