F&B Service Expert (In-Room Dining)

Position Summary

Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. They set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve guests, and clean work areas, making each transaction part of the experience. They maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communications. Guest Service Experts work on their feet, moving around for extended periods, managing the menu, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance.
