Job Description

You will inspire students to appreciate and enjoy Equine Management instilling in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding.

You will be required to have experience in delivering practical Equine Husbandry skills and specialisms in Equitation and Stable Management.

You will be a yard tutor, teaching and training students during their morning (starting at 7am) Equine Husbandry sessions, including pastoral support. 

You will be responsible for developing barn supervisors and the administration of Equine Husbandry.

You will be responsible for the undertaking of assessments, marking and monitoring learner progress. This will include setting targets and grading learners’ performance.

You will be willing to complete a teaching qualification, if not already qualified

You will have a degree or equivalent in relevant subject area
