Summary The Staff Dentist serves as a practicing dental provider that performs a full range of professional dental procedures in connection with the treatment of commonly encountered dental diseases or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative, or preventive measures. This Position is a FEE BASIS - salary is paid by CPT codes performed per shift Responsibilities ** FEE BASIS** The staff general dentist shall be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry including the ability to perform selected specialty services. He/she is fully mentally and physically capable of performing these essential functions of a general dentist without impairment. Specifically, the provider should possess the procedural expertise and competency to perform the following: Make clinical and radiographic examinations of the oral cavity Diagnose pathological or irregular oral conditions.
