Female House Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and professional Female House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious UHNW Ultra High Net Worth private residence in Dubai.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the private residence, ensuring smooth household management.
• Supervise, train, and manage household staff including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and external service providers.
• Develop staff schedules, allocate duties and monitor performance.
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing of the property.
• Manage household inventories, supplies and procurement of luxury household items.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate family events, guest visits, and special occasions.
