Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitors the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.
- Checks the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.
- Ensure no damage/s on equipment.
- Coordinates with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshoot.
- Maintains cleanliness of workplace and equipment preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at workplace.
- Working in compliance with various quality standards such as GMP HACCP Food Safety Awareness ISO.
- Follows various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.
- Do CLIRT (Clean Lubricate Inspect Retightening) as per the checklist provided.
- Inspection of product and packing of the product as per the given standard.
