FICC Ops - Commodities Operations Analyst/ Contract / Central Singapore

Job Description Building and maintaining Business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Managing Real-time trade bookings
Liaising with Internal and external stakeholders on Economic Affirmations , Legal Confirmations and Trade Settlements
Monitoring of operational risk throughout trade processing life cycle
Managing of logistics and front to back processing of physical commodity transactions
Partnering with Legal, Compliance and Operations team to ensure full compliance with financial regulatory reforms, internal risk management protocols and industrywide market practice
Implementing Firm polices for governing the confirmation process to strengthen fraud prevention controls globally
Supporting buildout of systems and process to accommodate regulatory, industry, and new business initiatives
Collaborating with regional and global Operations teams to execute on broad base strategies and projects
