Job Description

Responsibilities:
Ongoing development and customization of the Enterprise Fidessa cash equities order management systems
Design and development of cash equities business requirements on the Fidessa order management system
Work closely with regional and global business sponsors to understand their requirements and architect, design and execute technical solutions
Collaborate with regional and global team members to form high quality solutions
Provide guidance and mentoring for new team members as necessary
Identify business, technology and people risks. Identify solutions or mitigating controls
Assist with 3rd line support as required
Skills
Hands-on development experience with the Fidessa vendor trading platform
A strong understanding of equities trading
Programming skills in languages such as Java and Python
